D&A Holding GmbH is a German real estate company based in Nuremberg, active across the full real estate value chain — from construction and development, through renovation and modernization, to property management, real estate investment, and building materials supply.
We manage every stage ourselves rather than outsourcing to external contractors, combining construction, banking, and tax expertise in-house — giving our clients a complete, 360° view of their real estate decisions.
